When will my order status be updated?

The first update will be within a few business days letting you know when we expect your order to ship.  If an item is backordered, this will be noted along with the expected ship date. Your order is submitted electronically to the maunfacturer the moment it is placed, so there is no undue delay.

When will my order ship?

The next update will be after your order has shipped and will include the shipper and tracking number, if available.  Most orders ship within ten to fourteen business days , so check the website to get the most current order status.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order when it arrives and notify us immediately if there is any damage. Please keep the original packaging until you are sure your furniture is fine. We have to be informed via email within ten days of a damaged order otherwise a replacement cannot be sent.
