About Us
Founded in 2003
EastBayData was created out of the necessity to develop a web based application that would minimize the complicated process of order management for online stores. The task at hand was to figure out how to get an order from a store front, deliver it to the vendor and monitor the process effectively up to the point the client receives the product. While EastBayData has mainly been providing custom solutions for private clients, they decided in 2008 to allow the public to use their tools as well and relased Order Serve Pro.
